You owe your attractive name to Nelson Sauvin the quintessential New Zealand hops variety which gives you your fruity/dry character, making for a smooth finish and a gratifying drink. You are a Pils, yet surprisingly different and pleasantly refreshing on hot days. There’s also a bit of Hallertau Blanc in you, the aromatic German hops, which ensures a lingering floral aroma and evokes notes of a white wine bouquet.
